The publication rule
What every entry must be.
Five commitments. They hold whether the page is empty or full.
- Every entry is a real detection. Never an example, never a seed.
- Every entry carries the date detected, the jurisdiction, the agency, and the rule citation.
- Every entry links the primary source and quotes the sentence that changed.
- Entries are permanent URLs. Nothing is quietly edited or removed.
- An empty week publishes nothing — and says so.
If an entry is ever wrong, the correction is appended in the open. The original text stays.
