Answers that do not help us

Is the watch actually running? Yes — across 52 jurisdictions and 841 rule documents, re-read daily, longest-waiting first, each version archived. Where a source blocks our watcher, the coverage page says so - a failed fetch never reads as a quiet week.

Can I pay by card? Not today. Radar is invoiced by hand and will be until it is worth automating.

What if you get it wrong? Misses are published in the same table as catches, with their cause. A monitoring product that has never reported a miss has either never had one or does not look.
