Every state you pay for is watched the same way

The watch. The state licensing agency, its administrative register, and federal CCDF — read on a schedule, with every run recorded so a quiet week is provably quiet rather than merely silent.
The Selah Brief, Mondays. What changed, where, and by when. A week with no changes says so in words rather than arriving empty.
The deadline clock. Each change that touches you opens a window with a date attached, and the record of it survives the change moving.
The record of what we ruled out. Every change we reviewed and decided does not touch you, with the reason. Most vendors cannot produce this because they never wrote it down.
Audit-ready history. Append-only, exportable, with a coverage receipt stating the date each state's watch began — never backdated.
Unlimited seats. Priced on jurisdictions, so adding a person costs nothing.

There is no checkout, and that is on purpose

You cannot pay on this site today. Radar is invoiced by hand and will be until it is worth automating. You tell us your states, we send an invoice, the watch starts. Building a checkout before there is anything to check out would be building the easy half.

A state is watched from the day you bring it, not before. The coverage receipt carries that date and it cannot be moved afterwards — not by us, not by anyone. It is enforced in the database rather than promised in a contract.

Independent, and answerable to operators rather than investors. Our detection figures come from the production watch, not a model — published once they can carry a defensible denominator. The pricing above is what it costs — no seat counts, no minimum term.

Design partners

Sixty days, all your states, free

In exchange for telling us what is wrong with it. Not a trial that converts quietly — a working relationship where your objections change the product, and you keep every record produced during it either way.

Design partner places are deliberately limited. Each one comes with direct access while you are onboarding and a say in what gets built next, and that is not something we are willing to dilute by taking on more than we can do properly.
