This website collects almost nothing. If you email us, we keep the email. The demo apps store data only on your own device. When you become a customer, your workspace is isolated, your market map is never resold, and you can ask us to delete everything we hold. That is the whole policy; the sections below just say it carefully.

This policy covers the selahai.ai website, the Revenue and Radar demo apps, and the SELAHAI Radar service. "SELAHAI," "we," and "us" refer to the SELAHAI business.
It is written in plain language on purpose. Where a plain sentence and a legal sentence would differ, we intend the plain one.
02What the website collects today
The site you are reading is a set of static pages. There are no accounts, no tracking pixels, no cookies, and no analytics script — see Analytics below and the Cookie policy for the full statement. No page on this site submits anything to us today; the one form we used to run is described first because we may still hold what it collected.
The retired instant scan
The free instant scan has been retired, and the page that hosted it now describes our design-partner offer and carries no form. While the scan was live, running it sent us three things: the company names you pasted, your work email, and your own company name if you chose to give one. Where we still hold a submission, it is kept with the result of that scan.
We use the email address for one purpose — so a person can reach you about that scan. You are not added to a mailing list, a sequence, or an advertising audience, and no message is sent to you automatically. The companies you pasted are never sold, never shared, and never used as leads for anyone else. Ask and we will delete the scan, the list, and the address.
If we later offer to keep watching the companies you pasted and to write when one of them changes, that is a second and different purpose. It will be opt-in, it will be described on this page before it runs, and one reply ending it will be enough.
Email you send us
If you write to hello@selahai.ai (or use the form), we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it to reply and to keep the thread of the conversation. It lives in our mailbox with our email provider and is not added to any marketing list. Ask and we will delete the thread.
Hosting
Our hosting provider processes page requests in order to serve the site and may keep short-lived operational logs (such as request counts and error records) as part of running its network. We do not use these logs to identify or track visitors.
03The demo apps
The Revenue and Radar demo apps run entirely in your browser and are pre-filled with fictional data. Anything you enter or change is stored only in your browser's localStorage, on your device. Nothing you do in a demo is transmitted to SELAHAI or to anyone else — there is no server behind them.
Clearing your browser's site data for selahai.ai removes everything and resets the demo. Details are in the Cookie policy.
04Analytics
We run none today. No measurement script loads on this site — no page-count beacon, no session recording, no heatmap, no advertising tag. If we add one it will be a cookieless, aggregate page-count tool with no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking, and no advertising profile, and this page and the Cookie policy will name it before it goes live.
05Customer data in the services
The following applies when you become a customer of SELAHAI Radar.
- Workspace isolation. Each customer's data lives in its own workspace. Workspaces are isolated per tenant; one customer's workspace can never read another's data.
- Your market map is yours. Account lists, market maps, states, centre licence types, and monitoring configuration are never sold, never shared with other customers, and never reused as leads or prospecting data for anyone else.
- AI processing. Drafting and interpretation run server-side. To provide those features, an AI provider processes the relevant data under contract with us. That data is not shared beyond the provider processing it, and it is used to provide the service — not for advertising.
- Aggregated calibration. Aggregated, anonymized data derived from service usage and outcomes may be used to calibrate and improve timing models across the platform. No customer-identifiable data, account lists, or market maps are ever shared or resold. The precise clause is section 7.5 of the Terms.
06Retention and deletion
We keep your workspace data for as long as your workspace is active. If you cancel, it stays available for export for 30 days and is then deleted. That covers everything identifying: your account lists and market maps, contacts, states and centre licence types, briefs, drafts, settings, and your users.
One category is kept, and we would rather be exact than reassuring about it. When a brief leads to an outcome — a send, a reply, a rule change acknowledged — we record the timing of it: which class of signal it was, how old that signal was when you acted, and whether the result was positive. Those rows are stripped of anything identifying and are retained after cancellation, because they are what calibrates the timing models for everyone. This is the aggregated-learning right in Terms section 7.5. They hold no company names, no contacts, no market maps, and nothing traceable back to you, and they are never shared or resold.
At any time — customer or not — you can email hello@selahai.ai (or use the form) to ask what we hold about you, request a copy, or request deletion. That includes old email threads. We will confirm within 30 days. If you want your de-identified timing rows excluded as well, say so and we will honour it. It costs you nothing and the request is not a negotiation.
07Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers required to run SELAHAI — hosting, email, and the AI provider described above — each under contract, and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We would disclose data if a valid legal process required it, and where lawful we would tell you first.
08Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the update appears on this page with a new "last updated" date. If a change materially affects how customer data is handled, we will email active customers before it takes effect.
